 The medium of the insulation ball valve is generally resin, asphalt, etc. When the temperature cools below the room temperature, the medium will solidify and clot, which is easy to damage the sealing of the ball valve. Therefore, it is necessary to make an insulation layer on the valve body + the cover, so that the temperature of the medium on site can be kept within a certain range. Generally, the insulation layer is connected in two ways: threaded and flange.
